摘要

挖泥船输泥管路是疏浚吹填施工的重要装置,堵管是管道输送过程中经常遇到的一个问题.电阻层析成像(ERT)技术是一种常见的实时检测技术,被广泛应用于多相流检测,具有非侵入性、可视化等优点.基于ERT技术开发的输泥管路液固两相流扫描成像实时监测装置,能够实时检测输泥管路内泥浆流形,并通过造影获得整个管道断面的泥浆浓度信息,为预防和解决堵管问题提供重要数据.

Abstract

The dredging pipeline of a dredger is an important device in dredging and blow-fill construction,and pipe blockage is a common problem encountered during pipeline transportation.Electrical Resistance Tomog raphy(ERT)technology is a common real-time detection technique widely used in multi-phase flow detec-tion,with advantages such as non-invasive and visualization.A real-time monitoring device for liquid-solid two-phase flow scanning imaging in dredging pipelines developed based on ERT technology can detect the mud flow pattern inside the pipeline in real time,and obtain the mud concentration information of the entire pipeline sec-tion through imaging,providing important data for preventing and solving pipe blockage problems.
