Digital Literacy Cultivation for Teachers in Jiangsu Higher Vocational Education:Historical Value,Realistic Difficulties,and Breakthrough Paths
The digital literacy of teachers in higher vocational education is an important guarantee to steadily promote the digital transformation of higher vocational education,which directly affects the quality of the"export"of technical and skilled talents.Through the analysis,it is found that the digital literacy of teachers in Jiangsu higher vocational education cannot fully adapt to the high-quality development of higher vocational education,and there is still much room for improvement.Jiangsu higher vocational education should grasp the historical opportunity of the implementation of the national education digital transformation strategy,break through the difficult situation of the insufficiency of teachers'digital literacy cultivation mechanism,lagging awareness,uneven resources,and so on,improve the construction of teachers'digital literacy cultivation mechanism,enhance the subjective awareness of teachers'digital literacy cultivation,carry out layered and classified teachers'digital literacy training,and improve the quality evaluation system of teachers'digital literacy,to promote the improvement of teachers'digital literacy in Jiangsu higher vocational education institutions.
