高职院校"三全育人"模式构建及实践探索研究

摘要
"三全育人"是培育人才的重要教育理念,是紧紧围绕立德树人根本任务,契合新时代人才培养的客观需要,全面提高人才培养质量的全员全过程全方位育人格局.通过分析高职院校"三全育人"模式构建的现状及影响因素,提出从优化"三全育人"目标理念、完善运行保障机制、形成协同育人合力、更新考评体系四个方面构建"三全育人"模式的建议,从而有效提升高职院校"三全育人"模式的科学性,实现"三全育人"机制的有效落实.
Abstract
"Three-whole education"is an important educational concept for cultivating talents,and it is an all-member,all-process,all-round pattern of education that is closely centered on the fundamental task of moral education cultivating people,and that is in line with the objective needs of talent cultivation in the new era,and that comprehensively improves the quality of talent cultivation.By analyzing the current situation and influencing factors of the construction of the"three-whole education"mode in higher vocational colleges,it puts forward the suggestions of constructing the"three-whole education"mode from the four aspects of optimizing the goal con-cept of the"three-whole education"mode,perfecting the operation and guarantee mechanism,forming the syner-gistic force of education,and updating the evaluation system to effectively enhance the scientific nature of the"three-whole education"model in higher vocational colleges and realize the effective implementation of the"three-whole education"mechanism.
