Value Review,Realistic Dilemma,and Practical Envisage of Craftsmanship in the New Era Under the Threshold of Skill-Based Society Construction
With China's economic transformation and upgrading and the high-quality development of indus-tries,the spirit of craftsmanship has been endowed with brand-new value propositions in promoting the construc-tion of a skill-based society,reshaping the concept of labor,and assisting the innovation of technology and skills.Under the current traditional education model,the education mechanism for the cultivation of craftsmanship is still imperfect,and its cultivation scenario and cultivation path are confined to the continuous creation of new technologies and the prosperous development of the manufacturing industry,which leads to the contradiction be-tween the whole cultivation chain and the reality in many links.From the perspective of building a skill-based society,the value proposition of craftsmanship is re-examined,factors restricting the cultivation of craftsmanship are analyzed,and practical concepts for the construction of a skill-based society empowered by the craftsmanship in the new era are put forward from the three levels of the government,schools,and enterprises.
