产教融合是职业教育的基本办学模式,是职业教育最显著的特征,同样也是区域产业结构转型和办好职业教育的必由之路.在当前产教融合共同体建设背景下,通过校企共建、区域联动,探索高职海洋装备类人才培养在培养模式、协同机制、师资建设、课程设置、实训建设等方面与产业的深度融合,形成"学校+企业"浑然一体的产教融合办学模式,能够提升高职学生职业素质,推进毕业生满意度和企业满意度双提升,助力浙江发展"蓝色"新增长极.
Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Higher Vocational Marine Equipment Talents Based on the Construction of Industry-Education Integration Community—Taking Zhejiang International Maritime College as an Example
Industry-education integration is the basic mode and the most prominent feature of vocational education.Likewise,it is also the only way to transform the regional industrial structure and run vocational edu-cation well.In the context of the current construction of an integrated industry-education community,through school-enterprise co-construction and regional linkage,it aims to explore the in-depth integration of the cultiva-tion of higher vocational marine equipment talents and industry in the aspects of cultivation mode,synergy mech-anism,faculty building,curriculum setting,practical training construction,etc.to form a unique"school+enter-prise"integrated industry-education model,thus to improve higher vocational college students'professional quality and promote the satisfaction of graduates and enterprises to achieve dual promotion,facilitating Zhejiang Province to develop new"blue"growth pole.
