江苏船舶海工产业高技能专创融合人才培养策略研究

摘要
江苏省船舶工业紧紧围绕海洋强国战略,以高质量发展为主题,大力推进行业绿色、智能转型,并在"十四五"规划中定下了"加快建设具有国际影响力的船舶海工装备制造基地、具有一定全球影响力的科技创新能力,实现我省由船舶海工装备制造大省向制造强省的转变"的总目标.这个宏伟目标的实现离不开人才基础,高技能人才是确保行业发展的人才基础、重要保障和战略资源,尤其是高技能专创融合人才是推动船舶海工产业转型升级、由"大"转"强"的主力军.通过对江苏船舶行业各类人才分布与需求的调研,总结了江苏省船舶人才分布的典型特征,指出了当下高技能人才培育的困境,并结合江苏航运职业技术学院的一些实际做法,为船舶与海工产业高技能专创融合人才的培育路径提供一些建议.
Abstract
Jiangsu shipbuilding industry focuses on the Marine Power strategy closely,taking high-quality development as the theme,and promoting the green and intelligent industry transformation strongly.In the"14th Five-Year Plan"an overall goal is set as"accelerate the construction of shipbuilding and offshore equipment manufacturing bases with international influence,with a certain global influence of scientific and technological innovation capacity,and realizing the transformation of our province from a large marine equipment manufactur-ing province to a strong manufacturing province".This ambitious goal is inseparable from the basis of talent.Highly skilled talents are the personal base,important guarantee,and strategic resources to ensure the develop-ment of the industry.Especially highly skilled specialized,and innovative integrated talents are the main force to promote the transformation and upgrading of the marine industry from"large"to"strong".The typical character-istics of the distribution of shipbuilding talents in Jiangsu province are summarized through the investigation of the distribution and demand of various talents in the Jiangsu shipbuilding industry and the cultivation dilemma of high-skilled talents at present is pointed out.Some suggestions and strategies for the cultivation of high-skilled specialized and innovative integrated talents in the shipbuilding and ocean engineering industry are provided through combining some practical practices of Jiangsu Shipping College.
