The newly amended Administrative Review Law clarifies the orientation of administrative review as the"main channel"for resolving administrative disputes,and introduces the system of administrative review committee,which is oriented as a consultative administrative review committee.To better play the role of the"main channel",it should be aimed at enhancing the impartiality of the Administrative Review Committee and strengthening the application of the advice of the Administrative Review Committee,and the administrative re-view committee system should be systematically constructed in terms of the composition of the Administrative Review Committee,the scope of the cases submitted for advice,the operational mechanism of the Administrative Review Committee,and the mechanism for guaranteeing the functioning of the advice.
