Based on the incentive theory,it analyzes the existing problems in hierarchical and classified cul-tivation of"dual-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges,and proposes to construct an internal incentive mechanism composed of"goal-drive incentive,crisis incentive plus achievement incentive"and the external in-centive mechanism composed of"salary incentive,long-term incentive,and reputation incentive".It proposes im-plementing the dynamic management incentive mechanism consisting of"employment term appraisal,annual ap-praisal and mid-term appraisal"for"dual-qualified"teachers.The interaction of internal and external incentives can fully mobilize the active initiative of teachers,promote teachers to participate in the cultivation of"dual-qualified"teachers,and realize the long-term development of"dual-qualified"teachers and improve the quality of higher vocational education.
