Reshaping Digital Future:New Strategies for Young College Teachers to Leapfrog in Digital Literacy
In today's fast-changing digital era,the form and boundaries of education are undergoing un-precedented reconstruction and expansion,and digital education,as the core driving force of this change,has not only profoundly changed the mode of knowledge acquisition,dissemination and application,but also prompted the structure and function of the education system to evolve towards more flexible,efficient and personalized direc-tion.Young teachers,as the backbone and innovative pioneers in this wave of transformation,are tasked with shaping the digital citizens of the future society.By defining the connotation and meaning of digital literacy for young teachers,it proposes a constructive vision of a digital literacy framework for young teachers in the digital era from three dimensions of professional refinement domain,teaching innovation domain,and learning promotion domain,and from the five levels of system building,consciousness awakening,curriculum empowerment,ecologi-cal creation,and alliance co-creation,it puts forward a strategy for colleges and universities to build a systematic and dynamic support system to promote the leapfrogging of young teachers'digital literacy in an all-around way.
