我国劳动教育的发展轨迹、现实困境及创新理路

劳动教育是我国教育不可或缺的重要组成部分,是培养全面发展的人的必要之举.新中国成立以来,我国劳动教育可划分为初步探索期、畸变激进期、恢复重建期、转型发展期、改革整合期和快速发展期六个阶段,取得了诸多成就,同时也暴露出一定的问题.高职院校积极探索具有中国特色的适合新时代发展的劳动教育,应从理念创新、方法创新和体制机制创新三个维度培养高职学生爱劳动、能劳动、善劳动的优秀品质,克服对劳动教育形式化、功利化的偏见,引导高职学生成为德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人.
The Development Trajectory,Realistic Dilemma and Innovative Rationale of Labor Education in China
Labor education is an indispensable and important part of education in China,and is necessary for cultivating the all-round development of individuals.Since the founding of New China,labor education can be divided into six stages:preliminary exploration period,aberration radical period,recovery and reconstruction peri-od,transformation and development period,reform and integration period,and rapid development period,which has made many achievements and also exposed certain problems.Higher vocational colleges actively explore la-bor education with Chinese characteristics that are suitable for developing the new era from the dimensions of conceptual innovation,methodological innovation,and institutional mechanism innovation,to cultivate the excel-lent qualities of love for labor,ability to labor,and skillfulness in labor among higher vocational students,to over-come the prejudice against the formalization and utilitarianization of labor education,and to guide higher voca-tional students to become new generations with all-round development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor.
