Challenges and Solutions in Professional Advancement of College Counselors Under the Background of Students Cultivation by"Five-dimension Educating Integration"
The continuous evolution and establishment of the"Five-dimension Educating Integration"sys-tem plays a vital role in fortifying moral education in colleges,thereby imposing novel missions and obligations upon college counselors in the new era.Starting from exploring the connotation and requirements of the profes-sionalization of college counselors,the three major problems in the process of counselor professionalization are analyzed,i.e.,the lack of top-level design of the development path,the disconnection between specialization and expertization,and the unreasonable evaluation and assessment system.In light of the new requirements of stu-dents cultivation by"Five-dimension Educating Integration",it tries to tackle three major problems from three"focuses"and three"efforts",and proposes a practical solution path.
