Carrying out heart-to-heart talks between counselors and students is an important way for ideo-logical and political education of college students.Based on the theory of the DISC behavioral mode,it explores the characteristics of the student behavioral mode of higher vocational students and the difficulties and challenges of assessment.It puts forward the application strategies and implementation paths of the DISC behavioral mode in counselors'heart-to-heart talks,to achieve the effect that counselors can flexibly use it in the heart-to-heart talks,to enhance the attractiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education,and comprehensively promote the growth and success of students.
