The Basic Attributes,Developmental Dilemmas and Cultivation Paths of the Core Qualities of Higher Vocational Nautical Students
Higher vocational nautical majors talents cultivation is an important way to produce high-quality seafarers,and its talents cultivation is of a certain specificity.It needs to strengthen the cultivation of students'core qualities,the content of which mainly include firm political beliefs,solid professional skills,good physical and mental attributes,strict sense of discipline and open international vision.In the current process of developing the core qualities of higher vocational nautical students,there still exist problems such as insufficient top-level design,insufficient precise orientation,biased implementation,and single-practice promotion.All relevant de-partments must take comprehensive measures and act in concert to further strengthen the top-level design,ratio-nalize the institutional mechanism,build the curriculum system,form a mixed team,and construct the practice system,to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who can meet the requirements of the development of the shipping industry.
