A Feasible Path for Nantong to Increase the Proportion of Labor Remuneration in GDP under the Background of Common Prosperity
Increasing the proportion of labor remuneration in GDP is one of the main indicators to achieve common prosperity, which is of great significance to Nantong's economic and social development.Nantong has the foundation and necessity to increase the proportion of labor remuneration in GDP.Therefore, this paper empirically analyzes the negative factors of increasing the proportion of labor remuneration in GDP in Nantong, mainly including the influencing factors of economic development, such as the decline of export trade, the launching stage of the new quality productive forces, the insufficient exploitation of regional advantages,as well as the influencing factors of the distribution mechanism, such as the fact that the capital-friendliness of some provisions of the tax system is greater than the labor-friendliness.Then,the improvement suggestions are put forward:improving the total economic output through multiple channels such as retaining the industrial chain, accelerating the metabolism of new quality productive forces, fully integrating tourism resources, improving the skill literacy of workers, accelerating the digital empowerment of rural areas, further improving the distribution mechanism by creating a low-income group-friendly society, optimizing tax regulation, and increasing the proportion of the value of labor factors in salaries,to increase the proportion of labor remuneration in GDP and promote the achievement of the goal of common prosperity.
