Challenges and Countermeasures of Cultivating International Students in China in the New Era
In the new era,the cause of international student education in China has entered a stage of development to improve quality and efficiency.International student education in China is facing new challenges,which are prominently reflected in international student enrolment,student education system and teaching management mechanism.It is necessary to establish the concept of cultivating international students with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which includes three levels:value training,overall training and comprehensive training,and take this as a guide to continuously improve the training work system,so as to achieve the following goals:emphasizing"quantity"and"quality",and optimizing the quality of students;implement serious enrolment and serious graduation,and strengthen the process management;solve the problems of academic employment and serve the healthy development of students,so as to deepen and substantiate the construction of"the Belt and Road Initiative"and reflects the mission of a major country and shoulder the responsibility in the context of building a community with a shared future for mankind.
