Influence of Prefabrication Rate on Cost of Prefabricated Construction
Compared with traditional cast-in-place buildings,the prefabricated assembling buildings are costlier.Based on the calculation rules and the standards for precast assembly rates,a comparative analysis is conducted on the construction cost of prefabricated buildings of different types,small high-rise concrete buildings with different prefabricated assembly rates and prefabricated components of different types.Cost differences between precast and traditional cast-in-place buildings are discussed.The precast components,parts and technologies are prioritized,which provides a reference for optimizing PC elaborated design and exploring the precast assembly rate solution with the least investment and the lowest cost.
