促进如皋县域经济高质量发展的思考——基于与太仓县域经济的比较

摘要
发展县域经济,既是扩大内需、畅通国民经济循环的重要抓手,又是区域协调发展的关键支撑.基于如皋与太仓县域经济发展现状的比较,提炼总结太仓县域经济快速发展可供借鉴的因素,进而提出促进如皋县域经济高质量发展的路径:抢抓发展机遇,加强空间地域的互联互通;研判产业态势,打造高效协同的集群优势;做大专业园区,探索互补联动的"一区多园";繁荣港口经济,谋划港产城一体的融合发展;做好人才引育,激活青年友好的"智力引擎";优化政务服务,创建国际一流的营商环境.
Abstract
The development of county-level economy is not only an important starting point for expanding domestic demand and smoothing the circulation of the national economy,but also a key support for promoting regional coordinated development.Based on the comparison of the current situation of county economic development in Rugao and Taicang,this paper summarizes the factors that contribute to the rapid development of county economy in Taicang for reference,and then proposes a path to promote the high-quality economic development of Rugao:to seize development opportunities and strengthen the interconnection of space and region;to study and judge the industrial situation and create efficient and collaborative cluster advantages;to expand special development parks and explore complementary and linked"one district and multiple parks";to prosper the port economy and plan the integrated development of port,industry and city;to pay attention to talent introduction and education,and activate the youth-friendly"intellectual engine";to optimize the government services and create a world-class business environment.
