南通市低生育率困境及对策研究

摘要
基于统计数据,指出南通市面临生育原生动力不足、总和生育率下降和人口自然增长率下降等现实困境,并从经济和社会发展及生殖健康方面分析其影响因素.进而提出配套生育支持措施、完善生育保障制度和加强生育健康服务等对策,以积极应对低生育率困境,为促进区域人口均衡发展提供思路.
Abstract
Based on the statistical data,this paper argues that Nantong is facing practical difficulties such as insufficient fertility motivation,declining total fertility rate and declining natural population growth rate,and then analyzes the influencing factors from the aspects of economic and social development and reproductive health.In addition,countermeasures such as setting up supporting measures of birth,improving the birth security system and strengthening fertility health services are proposed to actively deal with the dilemma of low fertility rate,so as to provide ideas for promoting the balanced development of regional population.
