摘要
从国际数字货币应用现状出发,探讨其在技术、监管、安全性管理和市场接受度方面给数字人民币发展的启示,并进一步阐述数字人民币健康发展的对策:通过强化跨境支付能力、提升安全性和先进性、体现金融包容属性、加强金融从业人员培育和健全应急响应机制等路径,提高人民币国际化程度,为建设金融强国夯实货币基础.
Abstract
Starting from the current situation of international digital currency application,this paper discusses its enlightenment to the development of digital RMB in terms of technology,regulation,security management and market acceptance,and further elaborates the countermeasures for the healthy development of digital RMB:improving the degree of internationalization of RMB by strengthening cross-border payment capabilities,improving security and advancement,reflecting the attributes of financial inclusion,strengthening the cultivation of financial practitioners and improving the emergency response mechanism,so as to lay a solid monetary foundation for the building of a financially robust country.
