沈寿与民国农商部间"讨酬事件"解读——基于双方呈文、批文与张謇文稿

摘要
1914年上半年,沈寿向民国农商部追讨清政府拖欠自己的《爱丽娜像》绣工报酬,相互进行了两个半回合的辩驳.基于此"讨酬事件"中双方的呈文、批文,以及张謇文稿,梳理此事件的背景与过程,认为时任农商部总长的张謇并未阻挠沈寿讨酬,但因为各种因素,沈寿亦未能如愿.并提出,立足社会层面,"讨酬事件"对于促进当时国人反思"重义轻利"等传统文化价值观具有一定的积极意义.
Abstract
In the first half of 1914,Shen Shou sought from the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce of the Republic of China to recover the arrears of remuneration for the embroiderers of"Alina"in Qing Dynesty.Based on the submissions and approvals of both parties in this"remuneration incident",as well as Zhang Jian's manuscript,the background and process of this incident are sorted out,and it is believed that Zhang Jian,then the head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce,did not obstruct Shen Shou's request for compensation,but due to various factors,Shen Shou failed to recover the arrears.It is also proposed that based on the social level,the"remuneration incident"has certain positive significance for promoting the Chinese people to reflect on traditional cultural values such as"valuing righteousness over profit".
