摘要
"双高"建设背景下,高职院校国有资产管理面临新的挑战,遭遇资产管理员队伍建设与学校发展需求不匹配、资产管理信息化水平与智能化管理需求不匹配、学校资产管理内控建设与上级文件要求不匹配等困境.对此,从打造专业管理队伍、强化信息技术融入、严格规范内控制度三个方面提出对策建议.
Abstract
Under the background of"Double High"construction,the state-owned asset management of higher vocational colleges is facing new challenges,such as the mismatch between the construction of asset management team and the development needs of schools,the mismatch between the informatization level of asset management and the needs of intelligent management,and the mismatch between the internal control construction of school asset management and the requirements of superior documents.In this regard,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three aspects:building a professional management team,strengthening the integration of information technology,and strictly standardizing the internal control system.
