在明确光伏现场工程师主要工程技术岗位能力需求的基础上,依托基础实验专业实训中心、创新工程训练坊、产学研联合实践基地三个平台,坚持理论与实验、工程与实训、项目与实际、专业与实践四个结合,实践探索专业技术应用、现场知识整合、工程实践双创、协调管理与沟通合作五种能力协同提升的光伏现场工程师人才培养模式,取得预期成效,可为职业教育产教融合培养新能源产业现场工程师人才提供一种思路.
Practice of Intelligent Photovoltaic Field Engineer Training Mode Based on the Industry-education Integration
On the basis of clarifying the ability requirements of the major engineering and technical positions of photovoltaic field engineers,the practice relies on the three platforms of basic experiment professional training center,innovative engineering training workshop,and industry-university-research joint practice base,adheres to the combination of theory and experiment,engineering and training,project and actual work,and professional and practice,and promotes the collaborative improvement of five capabilities of professional and technical application,on-site knowledge integration,engineering practice and innovation,coordinated management and communication and cooperation,and has achieved good results.It can provide an idea for the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges to cultivate field engineer talents in the new energy industry.
