宿舍视域下高校"三全育人"逻辑进路和实现路径

宿舍是高校"三全育人"工作的重要时空场域之一,是兼具复杂人际生态、宏观统称范畴及社会分化结构的育人时空,但却处于传统思想政治教育容易忽视的末端.为此,在马克思主义实践观的全面观照下,从高校宿舍本原结构出发,探索宿舍育人链入"三全育人"的机理,进而提出通过群体习惯、宿舍文化、人际生态等进路,打造良好协同圈层、构筑文化育人阵地、营造和谐宿舍氛围,从而进一步增强高校"三全育人"有效性.
The Logical Approach and Realization Path of"All Staff,Full Process,and All-round Education"in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Dormitory
Dormitory is one of the important spatio-temporal fields of all staff,full process,and all-round education"in colleges and universities,and it is a space-time for educating people with complex interpersonal ecology,macroscopic categories and social differentiation structure,but it is at the end of traditional ideological and political education.To this end,under the comprehensive observation of the Marxist concept of practice,starting from the original structure of college dormitories,this paper explores the mechanism of dormitory education linking into"all staff,full process,and all-round education"chain,and then proposes to create a good collaborative circle,build a cultural education position,and create a harmonious dormitory atmosphere through group habits,dormitory culture,interpersonal ecology and other approaches,so as to further enhance the effectiveness of"all staff,full process,and all-round education"in colleges and universities.
