Design of iMoLboX Reactor Control System Based on SIEMENS S7 200 SMART PLC
To simplify the cumbersome manual operation in the traditional production of iMoLboX reactor,a control scheme for the reactor production line is proposed.With Siemens S7 200 SMART PLC as the core,an intelligent device is designed for on-site systematic adjustment of temperature,agitator,fluid transportation,solid-liquid separation and purification.The on-site testing data including internal temperature,flow intensity,agitator speed of the reactor group are uploaded in real time,and are analyzed and controlled by the upper cloud computer system.The practical application shows that the system achieves the intelligent control of iMoLboX reactor production.
