基于音频特性的牙刷正反面自动识别控制系统设计

为有效提升牙刷制作植毛环节正反面识别的准确率与效率,基于牙刷柄(牙刷头)孔面与非孔面(正反面)反馈的音频特性存有差异的原理,设计了一种牙刷正反面自动识别系统.该系统可通过预设判断阈值,经控制程序自动判断牙刷柄的正反面,再采用反馈系统控制伺服电机进行相应动作,确保植毛时牙刷头孔面向上放置.实践操作结果表明,该系统稳定性、准确度、使用成本均达预期,且操作方便,值得推广应用.
Design of Toothbrush Front and Back Recognition Control System Based on Audio Characteristics
To improve the accuracy and efficiency of recognition of toothbrush's front and back in the production,a toothbrush front and back automatic recognition system is designed based on the differences in audio characteristics between the feedback given by the hole surface and non-hole surface(front and back)of the toothbrush handle(toothbrush head).The threshold value for determination is preset by the control program to determine the direction of the toothbrush handle(front or back),and the feedback system is used to control the servo motor to ensure that the toothbrush head is placed with the hole surface upward in the hair planting.The operational results show that the system meets the expectation of stability,accuracy and cost,and is convenient in operation,worthy of popularization and application.
