Application of Non-Interactive Zero-Knowledge Proof in Bidding Procurement
To resolve the contradiction between information disclosure and data privacy protection in bidding and procurement,the important role of non-interactive zero knowledge proof technology in bidding and procurement is discussed.By analyzing the requirements and challenges of information disclosure in current bidding andi procurement regulations,combined with the technological advantages of zero knowledge proof,a number of specific application scenarios are proposed including expert extraction,letter of guarantee application,privacy review,and anonymous evaluation.The results show that non-interactive zero knowledge proof technology can effectively meet the needs of information transparency and data confidentiality,which helps to work out a solution for bidding and procurement management department to protect the right to be informed and prevent information abuse.
