Experimental Research on Properties of UHPC Based on Aluminate Cement
Aluminate cement concrete(CAC)is used to prepare ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC).The properties are examined including construction,mechanics,free shrinkage,and acid corrosion resistance.Compared with Silicate OPC-UHPC,the experimental results show that CAC-UHPC is lower in flexural and compressive strength after steam curing.But under the room temperature of 20 ℃,the 1-day flexural and compressive strength is higher with lower free shrinkage rate and less mass loss after 28-day immersion in 5%sulfuric acid solution.The results show that CAC UHPC has excellent performance of early strength,crack resistance and acid corrosion resistance.It is not suitable for steam curing but works well in acid environment.
