Study on Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Rebirth Willingness among Women of Childbearing Age in Nantong City
A questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted among postpartum women who gave birth in a tertiary-level maternity and child health care hospital in Nantong from July to December 2023.Descriptive analysis methods were used to analyze their willingness for rebirth and its influencing factors.The results indicate that the overall willingness for rebirth among women of childbearing age in Nantong is not high.Significant constraints include considerable family economic pressures,limited personal time and energy,and an inadequate medical insurance system.Addressing these issues,this study proposes countermeasures from multiple perspectives—governmental,societal,employer,and familial—based on systems theory.These measures aim to alleviate economic pressures on families of childbearing age,reduce caregiving burdens,and improve the medical insurance system.
