The Realistic Dilemma and Practical Path of Vocational Education Skill Oriented Talent Cultivation from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration
The integration of industry and education is of paramount importance for vocational education to assist in the formation and development of new quality productive forces.From the perspective of the integration of industry and education,the phenomenon of skill mismatch still exists in China,and there is an imbalance in the scale,content,and quality of vocational education skill-based talent cultivation between supply and demand.However,the barrier between industry and education is the fundamental reason for the lag in vocational education skill-based talent cultivation.Vocational colleges must strengthen the top-level design of vocational education,promote the formation of a"school education+further education"vocational education system,reform the governance mode of vocational colleges with the construction of industrial colleges as the starting point,and establish a school enterprise education community with technical skills as the link,in order to further enhance the pertinence and adaptability of talent cultivation,promote the cultivation of skilled talents and the construction of a skilled society,and accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces.
