Research on the Construction of Ideological and Political Course Teachers for Five-Year Higher Vocational Education under the Perspective of"Great Ideological and Political Course"
The team of ideological and political course(IPC)teachers plays a pivotal role in the development of"Great IPC"for five-year higher vocational education(HVET),promoting integrated cultivation through the five-year HVET system,and ensuring the precise implementation of IPC teaching.However,challenges exist in the construction of this teacher team,including inadequate attention from educational institutions,lack of scientific planning,insufficient capability to innovate main-channel teaching methods for"Great IPC",and weak capacity to expand practical teaching in"Great IPC".To address these issues,it is essential to strengthen top-level design and scientific planning,focusing on enhancing both theoretical and practical teaching abilities of IPC teachers by concentrating on"small IPC classrooms"while revolving around"large IPC classrooms".This approach aims to drive high-quality development in the construction of"Great IPC"for five-year HVET.
