基于ANSYS Workbench的低温压力容器应变强化仿真

为全面评估低温压力容器在制造过程和服役条件下的安全性,使用ANSYS Workbench软件,对低温压力容器样罐的应变强化进行了非线性有限元仿真,并对在强化过程中加压、保压和卸压阶段的应变及变形情况进行分析.结果表明,仿真分析可为提升奥氏体不锈钢的利用效率,实现低温压力容器轻量化提供参考依据.
Simulation of Strain Strengthening for Cryogenic Pressure Vessels Utilizing ANSYS Workbench
To fully examine the safety of strain strengthened vessels in the manufacturing process and in-service conditions,ANSYS Workbench software is used to conduct a nonlinear finite element simulation of the strain strengthening for the sample tank of the cryogenic pressure vessel,and the analysis of the strain and deformation is carried out during the strengthening process,including pressurization,pressure holding and depressurization.The results show that the simulation analysis provides a reference for the improvement of the utilization of austenitic stainless steel and the weight lighting of cryogenic pressure vessels.
