储液分离罐结构的有限元分析及优化设计

为有效处理工业污水,基于对污水处理需求的深入调查,完成了一种新型污水处理储液分离罐的结构设计及优化.在设计过程中引入有限元分析方法,对其主要零部件进行三维建模、网格划分及合理设置载荷和约束条件,并进行应力和应变分析,以验证优化设计效果,提高储液分离罐结构设计的准确性和效率.分析结果表明,在结构上增加RHS(矩形空心型钢)梁和L形板,能进一步优化储液罐结构,确保满足实际工作任务要求.
Finite Element Analysis and Optimal Design of the Structure of Tanks for Liquid Storage and Separation
To improve the treatment of industrial waste water,a new type of liquid storage and separation tank is designed.Finite element analysis is incorporated and three-dimensional models of the tank's main components are built.Meshing,and load and constraint conditions are properly set to conduct stress and strain analysis so that the precision and efficiency of the structural design of the liquid storage and seperation tank can be improved.The analytical findings show that the structural design of the tank can be further enhanced by incorporating RHS(Rectangular Hollow Section)beams and L-shape plates to meet the requirements of actual tasks.
