基于图像识别技术的智能白菜收获机设计

针对现有白菜收获机的使用缺陷,设计了一种基于图像识别的智能白菜收获机.通过设计扭转、抓取、平移、切割、存储等装置,并融合图像识别与物联网技术,使收获机能精准识别、定位白菜,完成收获、去根去烂叶、装箱等任务;同时借助PID控制器,实现白菜原地扭转收获,减少白菜根部损伤.经样机试制与收获测试验证,结果表明:该机器能实现白菜的自动化收获,满足散户小田地和大棚种植模式的使用需求.
Design of Intelligent Cabbage Harvester Based on Image Recognition
To repair the defect of existing cabbage harvesters,an intelligent cabbage harvester is designed based on image recognition.Devices such as torsion,grasping,translation,cutting,storage are incorporated,combined with image recognition and Internet of Things technology,which enables the harvester to accurately identify and locate cabbage,and complete the tasks including harvesting,removing roots and rotten leaves,packing.In addition,with the help of PID controller,the in-situ torsion harvest of cabbage is achieved,reducing the damage of cabbage root.The testing results on the prototype harvester show that the machine can achieve automated harvesting and meet the requirements of both small-plot individual farming and greenhouse large-scale farming.
