Influence of Parameters on Seismic Performance of Prefabricated Concrete Reduced Beam Section
Based on OpenSEES platform, the numerical analysis model for the reduced beam section is established to compare the results of numerical analysis with those of experiment, and verify the effectiveness of the established numerical model. The model is further used to examine the influence of the parameters on seismic performance such as axial compression ratio, length ratio of steel to beam, reduction ratio of RBS(Reduced Beam Section)and steel specification. The results show that the increase of axial compression has little effect on elastic bearing capacity, but causes a significant decrease of elastoplastic bearing capacity;the increase of length ratio shifts the position of RBS,which exerts little effect on elastic bearing capacity, but the elastoplastic bearing capacity increases dramatically due to the outward movement of plastic hinge. With the increase of sectional reduction ratio of RBS,both elastic and elastoplastic bearing capacity tend to decrease, especially elastoplastic bearing capacity, which decreases sharply. The larger the section area, the higher the elastic bearing capacity and elastic-plastic bearing capacity, and the easier for the force transmission between the section steel and reinforced concrete section.
