大型预制墩柱拼装与套筒灌浆连接技术的应用探究

针对大型墩柱构件的连接稳定性问题,以实际高架桥梁工程为例,采用预制墩柱吊装技术,精确控制墩柱的就位与校正,并引入套筒灌浆连接技术,使用C100 高强无收缩水泥灌浆料进行灌注,最大程度保障大型桥梁预制墩柱的拼装施工质量.工程质量验收结果表明:灌浆部位泌水率均为0.00%,密封良好、填充密实、未见气泡,各墩柱表面的平整度均在3mm以内,施工成效良好,达到验收标准,可供同类工程参考借鉴.
Application of the Assembly of Large Prefabricated Pier Columns and Sleeve Grouting Connection Construction
An actual elevated bridge project is taken as a case to study the stability of large prefabricated pier column connection.The prefabricated pier column hoisting technology is adopted to accurately control the position and calibration of the pier column,and the C100 high-strength non-shrink cement grouting material is used with the sleeve grouting connection technology for casting,which ensures the construction quality of the assembling of large bridge prefabricated pier columns to the greatest extent.The results show that the grouting part is well sealed and densely filled with the water leakage rate of 0.00%.No bubbles are seen,and the surface flatness of each pier column falls within 3 mm,which achieves the ideal construction results.
