风电场无功对电网有较大的影响,目前相关标准对风电场动态无功响应时间、持续时间提出了要求,却未对风机的无功动态响应性能提出要求,因此,提出风机无功功率响应时间、响应能力和支撑能力指标,实现对风电机组无功动态响应性能的定量评价.利用PSD-BPA仿真及实际风电场电压、无功运行监测数据对风机无功功率支撑能力指标的有效性进行验证.该指标值与风机暂态电压稳定极限值正相关,风机电压跌落深度越小,风机发出无功持续时间越长,该值越大,说明风机无功支撑能力越强.
Evaluation of reactive power dynamic response performance of wind turbines
Reactive power of wind farms significantly impacts the power grid.Current standards specify requirements for the dynamic reactive power response time and duration of wind farms,yet they do not address the reactive power dynamic response performance of wind turbines.To address this gap,this article attempts to propose indicators for quan-titatively evaluating the dynamic response performance of wind turbines,including reactive power response time,capabi-lity,and support capability.The effectiveness of the proposed wind turbine reactive power support capability index is verified using PSD-BPA simulation and analysis of actual wind farm voltage and reactive power operation data.The index value positively correlates with the transient voltage stability limit of wind turbines.The smaller the voltage drop depth of the wind turbine,the longer the duration of reactive power output and the higher the index value,indicating a stronger reactive power support capability of the wind turbine.
