Design of evaluation and visualization software for grid-connected power quality of disruptive users
With the rapid increase in the integration of new energy, power electronic equipment, and nonlinear loads, existing power quality evaluation methods face challenges in adapting to diverse application requirements and have not been sufficiently assessed over long-term time scales. This paper proposes a new approach to evaluating the power quality of disruptive users connected to the grid, which includes regional power grid modeling, power flow simulation analysis, and evaluation of influencing factors. This method allows for standardized power quality evaluation of disruptive users accessing regional power grids across multiple time scales. On this basis,a visualization software system for evaluating the power quality of disruptive users is developed and designed with a browser/server(B/S)architecture.The system is applied to a wind farm grid connection assessment, demonstrating that the wind farm's voltage deviation, voltage imba-lance,harmonic currents of each order, and total harmonic distortion rate of the voltage all meet national standards. This system facilitates a standardized simulation of power quality for disruptive source user models after being connected to the grid.
