油浸式有载分接开关触头磨损烧蚀模拟及验证

摘要
有载分接开关是用于实现变压器输出电压调节的重要设备,但同时也是变压器内故障率最高的部件之一.目前有载分接开关故障诊断常用的吊芯检测法成本高、耗时长,灵活性差.针对M型油浸组合式有载分接开关提出一种以触头磨损、触头烧蚀为典型代表的分接开关静触头缺陷模拟方法.经真型有载分接开关动态电阻波形测试,该触头缺陷模拟方法的可行性得到了验证.该触头缺陷模拟方法实用性强,且对应缺陷下的动态电阻波形时域特征具有典型性,为有载分接开关的检修提供方向.
Abstract
The on-load tap changer(OLTC)is a critical device for regulating the output voltage of transformers,and it is also one of the most failure-prone components within it.Currently,the core-lifting detection method traditionally used for OLTC fault diagnosis is costly,time-consuming,and inflexible.This article introduces a simulation method for static contact defects in M-type oil-immersed composite OLTCs,exemplified by contact wear and erosion.The feasibility of this simulation method is verified through dynamic resistance waveform testing on actual OLTCs.This method is practical and has typical time-domain characteristics of dynamic resistance waveforms associated with specific defects,thus offer-ing a valuable direction for the maintenance of OLTCs.
