宁夏某风电场"以大代小"等容改造方案比选

风能是可再生能源的重要组成部分,是实现"双碳"目标的重要支撑.早期的风电场因设备老旧、运维成本高,故对风电机组进行技改升级迫在眉睫.鉴于此,以宁夏某风电场"以大代小"等容改造为例,在分析风资源、土地资源的基础上,从技术方案、经济性角度开展方案比选,将原有108 台850 kW风机布置为9 台5.0 MW+9 台5.2 MW机组,实现土地资源节约利用与风资源效能增加,并为后期增容留有建设空间.改造结果表明,改造后发电利用小时数可以提高到 2 710 h,同比提升2.45 倍,方案比选为后续同类项目的实施有一定的借鉴作用.
Comparison and selection of equal capacity transformation scheme of"replacing small with large"in a wind farm in Ningxia
Wind energy is an important part of renewable energy and support for realizing the goal of"double carbon".It's urgent to upgrade the wind turbines in the old wind farms because of the old equipments and heavy costs of the operation and maintenance.Thus taking the example of the equal capacity transformation of"replacing small with large"in a Ningxia wind farm,based on the analysis of the wind and land resources,the transformation schemes were compared and selected from the aspects of technology and ecomomy.The original 108 sets of 850 kW wind turbines were arranged into 9 sets of 5.0 MW and 9 sets of 5.2 MW units to realize the economical use of land resources and increase the efficiency of wind resources,and to leave some room for the later increase of wind turbine capacity.The transformation results show that the utilization hours of power generation can be increased to 2 710 h after the transfor-mation,which is 2.45 times higher than the same period of the previous year.The selection of the scheme can provide a certain reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
