摘要

针对SF6/N2混合绝缘气体充补气中因过充SF6气体导致补仓至额定压力时气室SF6气体占比不符合标准要求的问题,研究适用于全比例范围的SF6/N2混合气体绝缘设备不停电智能补仓技术.在满足正常补仓需求的基础上,研究基于辅助泄压的全比例智能补仓算法,将过充部分的SF6气体全部泄出后再进行补仓.此外,研究SF6气体占比反馈调节模块和混匀模块以提高补仓后SF6气体占比准确性.最后,基于上述研究内容研制带辅助泄压的SF6/N2混合绝缘气体智能补仓系统,实现全比例范围内自动配气和智能补仓.模拟试验表明,经该系统补仓的设备气室内SF6/N2混合绝缘气体中SF6气体占比偏差小于±1%,压力偏差小于±0.001 MPa.

Abstract

This paper addresses the issue where the proportion of SF6 gas in the gas chamber fails to meet standard requirements during the replenishment of SF6/N2 mixed insulating gas to rated pressure due to overcharging SF6 gas.It researches intelligent replenishment technology applicable to the full ratio range for SF6/N2 mixed insulating gas without power interruption.Building upon normal replenishment requirements,a full-scale intelligent replenishment algorithm based on auxiliary pressure relief is developed,allowing for complete relief of the overcharged SF6 gas before replenish-ment.In addition,feedback adjustment and mixing modules for the SF6 gas ratio are studied to improve accuracy after replenishment.Finally,an intelligent replenishment system for SF6/N2 mixed insulating gas with auxiliary pressure relief is developed,enabling automatic gas distribution and intelligent replenishment across the full range.Simulation tests show that the deviation of the SF6 gas proportion in the equipment gas chamber replenished by this system is less than±1%,with a pressure deviation of less than±0.001 MPa.
