Effect of Aerobic Exercises on the Blood Sugar,Blood Fatness and Insulin Sensitivity in Impaired Glucose Regulation Group
The effect of aerobics on the Impaired Glucose Regulation (IGR) groups is studied. The related index of insulin, blood sugar, blood fatness, weight, heart-lung function and insulin sensitivity among Impaired Glucose Regulation groups before and after aerobic exercises and compare is analyzed. After training, the exercise group's blood sugar, blood fatness and weight decreased significantly, while the insulin sensitivity increased significantly; the F. C index of the endurance of heart-lung function improved greatly than before. Aerobic exercises can delay or stop the development of diabetes among Impaired Glucose Regulation groups, and reduce the dangerous elements of causing cardiovascular.
