A SIQRB model with isolation and vaccination is proposed,which includes both direct and indirect transmission pathways.The dynamic characteristics of the model are analyzed in detail,and the global asymptotic stability of disease-free equilibrium is proved by geometric method when R0<1;The global asymptotic stability of endemic equilibrium is proved by constructing Lyapunov function when R0>1.In addition,the sensitivity analysis of basic reproduction number R0 is analyzed,considering the impact of increasing isolation rate 8 and vaccination rate v on cholera infected people,and the theoretical results are supported by numerical simulation.
