Near-earth atmospheric motion plays a decisive role in the diffusion of artificially influenced weather ground-based smoker catalysts. In order to make the three-dimensional anemometer play a better role in the ground smoker operation, the article analyzes its installation environment and wind speed statistical time interval requirements.Combined with an example of ground meteorological observation on a precipitation day,it analyzes the wind speed and wind direction scatter distribution, probability distribution, and correlation with ground meteorological observation parameters, and draws conclusions that the installation of the three-dimensional anemometer should take the observation environment and purpose into consideration, and try to choose a location with less interference. The wind speed statistics show that the magnitude of the wind speed extremes converge towards the middle as the time interval increases. The variation of wind is closely related to the results of near-surface meteorological observation. The operation timing of the ground smoke stove should be when the atmosphere rises strongly and at the beginning of precipitation.
