Study on the Secondary Metabolites of Endophytic Fungus Irpex sp.from Euphorbia neriifolia L.
Through analytical methods such as silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography, the liquid fermentation products of the endophytic fungus Irpex sp.from Euphorbia neriifolia L.were extracted and separated, yielding nine compounds. These were identified as Irpexlacte C(1),Irpexlacte D(2),5-(4-Oxopentyl)furan-2-carbaldehyde(3),22-tetraen-3-one(4),Irlactin L(5),Irlactin K(6),Irlactin I(7),Davotremulane B(8),and(+)-(1R,6S,7S)-Tremul-2-ene-12(11)-lactone(9),among which three were furan derivatives, five were sesquiterpenes, and one was a sterol compound.Compounds 3,4,8,and 9 were isolated from the genus Irpex sp.for the first time.
