金属有机框架UiO-66封装硼酸碳点荧光材料用于黄芩苷检测

设计合成UiO-66金属有机框架(MOF)包封硼酸碳点(PBA-CDs)荧光材料,并作为靶分子特异性识别的高效荧光探针(UiO-66/PBA-CDs)用于黄芩苷(BAI)的检测。将PBA-CDs引入高比表面积UiO-66中用来捕获和识别BAI,一方面可避免碳点的团聚猝灭,同时提高荧光检测的灵敏度。为验证UiO-66/PBA-CDs的选择性,以同样含有邻二羟基的药物分子、氨基酸等进行对比实验,得出UiO-66/PBA-CDs对BAI具有良好的选择性能。通过荧光定量方法得到检测的线性范围为10~70 nmol/L。采用该探针对枸杞中BAI含量进行检测,通过标准加入法进行定量分析,实验的回收率高,证明所制备荧光探针可用于检测复杂药物中的BAI。
Metal-Organic Framework UiO-66 Encapsulates Boric Acid Carbon Dot Fluo-rescent Material for Baicalin Detection
In this paper,UiO-66 metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)encapsulated woth boric acid carbon dots(PBA-CDs)were synthesized as high-efficiency fluorescent probes(UiO-66/PBA-CDs)for the specific recog-nition of target molecules,and were used for the sensitive detection of baicalin(BAI).Incorporating PBA-CDs into UiO-66 with high specific surface area enabled the capture and recognition of BAI,thereby avoiding the agglomeration quenching of carbon dots and improving the sensitivity of fluorescence detection.In order to ver-ify the selectivity of UiO-66/PBA-CDs,comparative experiments were conducted with other drug molecules and amino acids containing o-dihydroxyl groups,confirming the good selectivity of UiO-66/PBA-CDsfor BAI.Furthermore,the fluorescence quantitative method demonstrated a satisfactory linear detection range of 10 to 70 nmol/L.The quantitative analysis of BAI content in wolfberry using the standard addition method yielded accu-rate results with high recovery rates,affirming the potential of the fluorescent probe developed in this study for the detection of BAI in complex drugs.
