摘要
Schmidt重排反应是构建C—N键的有效方法,已被广泛应用于含氮杂环天然产物及药物分子的合成.对羰基化合物和烷基叠氮的Schmidt重排反应进行综述,主要包括醛、酮及羧酸衍生物与烷基叠氮的Schmidt重排反应.
Abstract
The Schmidt rearrangement reaction serves as an effective method for constructing C—N bonds,and has found widespread application in the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic natural products and phar-maceutical molecules.This review provides an overview of the Schmidt rearrangement reactions involving car-bonyl compounds and alkyl azides,focusing primarily on the reactions of aldehydes,ketones,and carboxylic acid derivatives with alkyl azides.
