Study on Effect of Water and Fertilizer Coupling on Soil Enzyme Activity in The Root Zone of Wolfberry Based on Regression Model
To investigate the effects of water and fertilizer coupling on soil urease and alkaline phosphatase activities in the root zone of wolfberry in the semi-arid region of Ningxia,a drip-irrigated wolfberry field experiment was conducted with three irrigation levels(65%ET0,85%ET0,105%ET0)and three fertilization levels(N-P2O5-K2O:165-60-105 kg/hm2,210-75-135 kg/hm2,255-90-165 kg/hm2).A biased regression analysis model was used to elucidate the extent and mechanisms of the effects of different water and fertilizer coupling on soil urease and alkaline phosphatase activities in the root zone of wolfberry. The results showed that the single factor was better correlated with soil urease activity in the root zone of wolfberry from 20 to 40 cm and with alkaline phosphatase activity in the soil from 0 to 20 cm,and the order of influence was X3(phosphorus application)>X2(nitrogen application)>X4(potassium application)>X1(irrigation application). The interaction factors correlated well with the soil urease activity in the 0 to 40 cm soil layer in the root zone of wolfberry, and the order of their effects in the 0 to 20 cm soil layer and 20 to 40 cm soil layer were X1X3>X1X2>X1X4>X2X3>X3X4>X2X4,X2X3>X3X4>X2X4>X1X3>X1X2>X1X4,respectively,all showing positive effects.Under the experimental conditions, the optimal drip irrigation water and fertilizer combinations to ensure soil urease and alkaline phosphatase activity in the root zone of wolfberry in the semi-arid region of Ningxia were:irrigation volume 2 864.54 to 3 598.84 m3/hm2,N application 231.57 to 250.84 kg/hm2,P application 80.58 to 90.79 kg/hm2,and K application 147.16 to 160.02 kg/hm2.
