基于GM-LSSVR的宁夏工业用水预测

合理地预测未来工业用水量对于宁夏工业发展规划以及经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。基于HP(Hodrick-Prescott)滤波分解的GM-LSSVR组合模型,能够克服单一预测模型应用中存在的局限性,从而提高预测精度。基于宁夏 2004-2021 年工业用水量、经济指标、综合实物量指标、工业实物量指标等数据,利用灰色关联分析法和皮尔逊相关分析法筛选出宁夏工业用水量的主要影响因素,在此基础上采用组合模型对宁夏未来工业用水量开展预测研究,并对预测结果的准确性、合理性展开分析。结果表明:制造业增加值占工业增加值比重、能源消费总量、火力发电量、柴油消费量、天然气消费量、电力消费量等指标是影响宁夏工业用水量的主要因素;基于HP滤波分解的GM-LSSVR组合模型在宁夏工业用水预测中具有较好的适用性,预测效果较好;经过模型预测,2025 年宁夏工业用水量为4。53亿m3。
Prediction of Industrial Water Consumption in Ningxia Based on GM-LSSVR
Accurate prediction of future industrial water consumption is of great significance for Ningxia's industrial development planning and sustainable economic and social development.The GM-LSSVR combination model based on HP filter decomposition can overcome the limitations of using a single prediction model and improve prediction accuracy.Based on data from 2004 to 2021 on industrial water consumption,economic indicators,comprehensive physical quantity index,industrial physical quantity index and other related data in Ningxia,the main influencing factors of industrial water consumption are identified using grey correlation analysis and Pearson correlation analysis.On this basis,the combined model is employed to predict Ningxia's future industrial water consumption,and the accuracy and rationality of the forecast results are analyzed.The results indicate that the proportion of manufacturing value added to total industrial value added,total energy consumption,thermal power generation,diesel consumption,natural gas consumption,and electricity consumption are the main factors affecting the industrial water consumption in Ningxia.The GM-LSSVR combination model based on HP filter decomposition demonstrates good applicability and prediction performance in forecasting industrial water consumption in Ningxia.The model predicts that industrial water consumption in Ningxia will reach 453 million m3 in 2025.
