Advances in Researches of Efficacy of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. and Its Development Prospect
Lycium ruthenicum Murr. is a new wild plant found in recent years, now it is wide distributed in northwest China, especially in Ningxia, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang. Its fruit is black. The color, effectiveness components and phar-macologic actions of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. are greatly different from those of Lycium barbarum L . Both the ecological benefit and economic benefit of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. are good. It has a wide application prospect and development po-tential. The advances in the application researches of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. are reviewed and on this basis, some sug-gestions for its basic research and development and application are put forward.
