为了研究羊草新品种中科2号在宁南山区的生态适应性,引进中科院培育的中科2号羊草品种与当地传统适生牧草中苜1号紫花苜蓿进行同行混播,开展羊草单种、苜蓿单种和羊草与苜蓿混播种植模式试验,并调查羊草及苜蓿的生长状况、土壤养分变化、土壤水分变化,分析羊草混播的生态效应。结果表明:单播羊草生物量最高,其次为羊草与苜蓿混播的生物量,苜蓿单作的生物量最低;单播羊草土壤水分含量最高,羊草和苜蓿混播的土壤含水量处于单播羊草和单播苜蓿之间;在0~40 cm 土层,土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮含量以单播羊草最高,其次是羊草与紫花苜蓿混播,单播紫花苜蓿苜蓿最低。中科2号羊草品种适合宁南山区干旱和半干旱的气候环境,可在当地大面积示范推广。
Study on Mixed Sowing of Leymus Chinensis and Alfalfa in Semi-arid Hil y Region of Southern Ningxia
Zhongke No.2, a new variety of Leymus chinensis, was introduced and mix-planted with local forage variety Zhongmu No.1 to study ecological adaptability of Zhongke No.2 in hilly region of southern Ningxia. Leymus chinensis and alfalfa growth, soil nutrient and soil moisture changes, and ecological effects of Leymus chinensis and alfalfa were also stud-ied. Results showed that Leymus chinensis yielded the highest biomass, followed by Leymus chinensis and alfalfa mixture, then alfalfa alone. In terms of soil water content, the ranking was Leymus chinensis, Leymus chinensis and alfalfa mixture, and alfalfa. Leymus chinensis yielded more soil organic matter, total nitrogen and available nitrogen, followed by Leymus chi-nensis and alfalfa mixture, and alfalfa in soil with depth ranging from 0 to 40 cm. The study concluded that Zhongke No.2 was suitable for arid and semi-arid environment of hilly region of southern Ningxia, and could be promoted in large scale.
